I saw this show in London, with David Soul as Jerry Springer. I thought the first act was hysterical, but by the second act, the gag had worn a little thin. I found the second act to be self-indulgent to the point of being boring. But as a theatrical piece, this is definitely not your average Broadway musical.

I'd probably go see it. I like "campy". :)
I haven't and probably won't see it but I agree with Henson ray. I think the funny would wear off long before the end of the musical.
Oh and did you know his security guy, the bald guy has his own show now too? A spin off of Jerry's show.
I hate to admit it but I would actually pay to see this. I am a big on strange expressions of art and this sure fits that bill! :o)~
